Professional service in Mombasa

Welcome to Desk Wheel Result

We run inspection programmes for terminal estates along the coast. Every compromised terminal is a machine out of operation until the review is complete; regular audits prevent that kind of stoppage. That is exactly what we work on: terminal out of service.

FAQ

Questions we are asked most

Estimate the downtime and effort a single confirmed incident causes at a busy site, then compare that against the annual inspection cost. We provide a template for it.
For active suspicions we work to a 24-hour response: physical inspection of the fascia, review of the card reader and keypad, and analysis of the machine logs. The aim is to return the terminal to service with certainty, not to leave it switched off as a precaution.
Quarterly for high-exposure sites and half-yearly for the rest is the usual starting point, adjusted once the first year of findings is in.
Yes. Those sites carry the highest exposure and head the schedule for audits and unannounced inspections.
Yes. We work under contract across the whole estate, with an equipment inventory per branch, a visit calendar and a single point of contact for the network.
